Empire Earth Config File Location
Apr 29, 2019 gavla: I feel silly asking this question over and over again for different games, but I have this system I use to backup and sync my data and I really like to have my games there. I can't find the save games for Empire Earth and Art of Conquest. Had a browse around their folders in program files and in Appdata in Win7 and couldn't identify anything. Not a troubleshooting problem per se, but this seemed like the best subforum to stick it under. Went digging for the locations of certain Age of Empires settings that are only found in the registry and found them.

Does anybody happen to know how to edit AoS' CFG file? I've finally gotten the thing to run widescreen, and I'd like to change the draw distance. In base EE2 it's pretty simple, but AoS doesn't seem to process myconfig, and doesn't appear to have one of it's own. There's got to be a way to change maincam:maxdist.On a side note, trying to get the thing to run with multiple monitors using different resolutions was an enormous PITA. I've spent several hours working on this, and I'm really close to being done, but I'd like to have a better FOV.Muchas gracias.AuthorReplies.
