Windows 10 home. Columns UI is a must. You can go nuts with foobar scripting but i think the need for it is less these days (I've been using foobar for 8 years now and my UI is done with scripts and I haven't changed it in a long time). OSD is a great plugin if you have all the balloons and tray icons turned off.
